What We Do

FutureSide Studios provides digital product design and development services, including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Mobile and web application design
• Game design and development
• Digital publishing and editorial systems
• Creative systems and brand expression

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal. These Terms apply alongside that agreement, not in place of it.

Using This Website

You may use this website to learn about our services and submit inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without our written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact form

All brand assets, website code, copy, and design belonging to FutureSide Studios — including the FutureSide Studios name, logo, and visual identity — are the exclusive property of FutureSide LLC.

Work we create for clients is governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, upon full payment of all fees, clients own the final deliverables produced specifically for them. FutureSide LLC retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or proprietary systems we use to build your project remain the property of FutureSide LLC or their respective owners.

No Warranty

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the site. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

While we take our client work seriously and stand behind our craft, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes from any work we deliver.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureSide LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in connection with any claim related to this website shall not exceed $100 USD.
